Purpose: To assist the local church in their ministry to assist the church coming out of prison to a place of acceptance, fellowship, discipleship, practical help, care and counsel, ministry training and personal development into the image of Christ.
Plan
1. Understand the Person – “ Am I My Brother’s Keeper?” Genesis 4:9-10
a. They are New Wine - Matthew 9:17
b. They are “Family”
2. Discern the “Place” – “Are We a Biblical Local Church?” Matthew 25:31-46; Acts 2:42-47; Acts 4:32-35
a. Are we a New Wineskin? Matthew 9:17
b. Are we a place of loving relationships?
c. Are we a place involved in the Harvest through the Great Commission with a Great Commandment heart?
d. If not us who else?
3. Determine the Program – “ What Do We Have to Offer?”
a. Men and Women of Maturity
b. Men and Women of Love
c. Men and women in Fellowship
d. Men and women Who Are Disciples 2 Timothy 2:1-2 4.
Identify the Mentors - “ Who Will Stand in the Gap?” Ezekiel 22:30
5. Participate in the Training “ Here I Am Send Me!” Isaiah 6:8; Eph 4:11-13
6. Set a Date and Time to Begin “ Be Doers of the Word and Not Hearers Only” Jas 1:22
7. Seek the Leadership of the Lord of the Harvest "..Askrd of the Harvest to Thrust Out Of the Lord of the Harvest Laborers into the Harvest” Matthew 9:35-38
